Setting Favorites in Services or Knowledge Base.

Did you find a service or knowledge base article you might need to reference again in the future?

  1. Sign into this client portal (upper right) using your UW-Platteville username and password.
  2. Search or navigate to the service or knowledge base article of interest.
  3. On the right, select the gray button, Add to Favorites. NOTE: Favorite Services and Favorite Knowledge Base articles are two separate lists.

To retrieve the Favorite article or service

  1. Sign into the client portal.
  2. Select Services or Knowledge Base from the blue task bar.
  3. Click My Favorites on the gray task bar. Remember: These are two separate lists that must be accessed separately.

Subscribing to Knowledge Base Articles and Categories

Subscribe to knowledge base articles and categories so you are notified when changes or additions are made.

  1. Sign into this client portal (upper right) using your UW-Platteville username and password.
  2. Navigate to the desired category (ex: Teaching and Learning) or individual article (ex: Policy - Clery Act Compliance).
  3. Click the gray Subscribe button on the right.
