Virtual Desktop - Gathering Connection Information from Windows App

Gather connection information from Windows App to include with Azure Virtual Desktop support requests.

Follow these instructions to gather connection information from Windows App to include with Azure Virtual Desktop support requests.

  1. From the title bar of the Windows App session, click on the Windows App icon.
  2. Select Connection information.

  1. Click on the See details drop-down.

  1. Using your keyboard, press Ctrl + C to copy Remote Desktop connection information.

  1. Paste the connection information into your message to the ITS Help Desk.
