Changing your voicemail PIN from your desk phone

If you know your current PIN and want to change it, you can do so from your desk phone. If you do not remember your PIN, you may set a new PIN from the web by referring to the related article "Resetting your voice mail PIN from the web".

1. Press the "Messages" button.
   
   
    
2. Enter your current PIN, followed by the # key.
3. Press 4 to enter setup options
4. Press 3 to enter preferences
5. Press 1 to change your PIN
6. Enter your new PIN followed by the # key. Re-enter your new PIN then press the # key.
7. Press the * key to exit or you may hang up to end the call.
