Issue with Chrome 114 and Linking in Perceptive Experience

Temporary workaround to the issue caused by the latest Chrome update and Perceptive Experience.

Chrome version 114 released on 5-31-2023 removes the ability to access the accessibility layer in Chrome. This is critical to pulling website data when linking in Perceptive Experience. Users will get an error of "Could not find tableCell[Person Information]." or similar.
