1. Log into PASS CX
2. On the PASS CX Dashboard, select Academics to expand it.
3. In the Academics menu, select Transfer Credit.
In the main window, there are three types of transfer credit -- Course, Test, and Other, all of which will appear as collapsed.
Course Credits - Expanding this will display institutions previously attended.
If you click on an institution, the details will display. On the left will be the incoming courses from that institution, including course subject and number, units taken, and grade (including In Progress). On the right are what UW-Platteville course(s) determined to be equivalent, if applicable.
NOTES: If units are equal to 0 or if the status is Rejected, credit was not awarded.
Test Credits - Scores from exams like Advanced Placement (AP), College Level Examination program (CLEP), International Baccalaureate (IB), equate to courses, depending on the score received. To see what your test scores fulfilled, click to expand this area. (NOTE: To see test scores for AP, and other scores that don't equate to courses, like ACT or WEMPT Placement test scores, select Test Scores under the Academics menu in PASS CX.)
The area in yellow indicates the UW-Platteville course fulfilled by the AP test and score earned.
Other Credits - This area is generally used to award Veteran credits, Retroactive Credits for foreign language, or credits from test outs. Click on this area to reveal any details. The highlight below indicates that this credit was awarded after the student tested out of ENGLISH 1130.
For additional information regarding transfer credit, applicants should contact the Admissions Office, and current students should contact the Registrar's Office.
