Summary

A guide to using the Dashboard Profile System. All faculty and staff can have a personal profile on WWW. Their profile is maintained and edited in the Dashboard Profile Page. Changes made in the Dashboard Profile can be pushed to the WWW profile.

Body

The contact information is updated nightly from PASS and Workday. If you have a primary phone number or address listed in PASS or Workday that is automatically be pulled into your profile. If none is listed, please either update them in PASS for students or Workday for Faculty and Staff. You can create and manage additional contact information here.

Note: Modifying contact information here will not be pushed back to PASS or Workday.

Phone Number

Phone Numbers

The only things allowed in the Dashboard is to change if it is visible and the order you want them displayed in. To reorder the phone numbers you can dragging them around by the handle bars on the left side.

Note: All other phone number changes need to be done in PASS or Workday and will be reflected here after the next sync. Note: Portal Search only shows your primary phone number which is the first phone number in the list.

Address

Addresses

The only things allowed in the Dashboard is to change if it is visible and the order you want them displayed in. To reorder the addresses you can dragging them around by the handle bars on the left side.

Note: All other address changes need to be done in PASS or Workday and will be reflected here after the next sync. Note: Portal Search only shows your primary address which is the first address in the list.
