The Monthly Bill reflects your balance as of the billing date. Review your financial information in PASS for a current balance as additional charges and payments may have been added since the bill was generated. To view the bill, your device should allow pop-ups and have a PDF viewer.
To generate a copy of your Monthly Bill:
- Log into PASS.
- From the left navigation menu, select Financials to expand the options.
- Scroll down and click on Monthly Bill.
- Select the radial button for the specific bill that you wish to view. If nothing is displayed, a bill has not been generated for you yet.
- Click on the Process button. A Refresh button will appear. It takes about a minute to generate the bill.
- Periodically click on the Refresh button until the View Results button appears.
- Click View Results.
- The selected Monthly Bill will pop-up in a new tab as a PDF file that can be saved and/or printed.
