The first time you log into Office 365 through the big blue Email button on Pioneer Portal and select Mail/Outlook, you should be directed to set the language and time zone for your account.
There are two "Central" zone options. The correct time zone for all UW-Platteville campuses is (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada). This time zone takes into account Daylight Saving Time. Choosing Central America by mistake (or any other time zone) may cause issues and confusion when scheduling appointments with other UW-Platteville account holders.
