- Make sure you have the Creative Cloud Desktop application installed on your computer. Check by searching the Start Menu (Windows) or the Applications folder (Mac) for "Adobe Creative Cloud". If not installed, it can be easily installed from Software Center or Self Service. See Microsoft Endpoint Manager - Using Software Center (Windows) or JAMF Self Service - Installing Software on a Mac (Mac) for information on installing. Within Software Center and Self Service, the application is called "Adobe Creative Cloud (Self-Service)"
- Once installed, open "Adobe Creative Cloud" from the start menu and sign in using your UW-Platteville email account. If prompted, select "Company or School Account". Otherwise, complete the UW-Platteville Single Sign-on process including responding to the Duo prompts. Please note that the Creative Cloud Desktop app will likely have an update or two. You can check the status of these updates by clicking on the cloud icon in the upper right corner of the application.
- In the "All Apps" section of Adobe Creative Cloud, locate the application you would like to install and click the Install button. You can monitor installation progress by clicking on the cloud icon in the upper right corner of the application.
