Application Outages Onboarding

Granting access is a two step process that take an overnight sync before finishing the last step.

  1. Request individuals are added to the Application Outage Contributors (Specific workgroup mapping is mantained in
  2. Roles and Group Access)
  3. Wait till the next day
  4. Go to the Dashboard Applications https://dashboard.uwplatt.edu/admin/applications
  5. Find the applications the iindividual will manage
  6. Click 'Edit' on the Application
  7. Click 'Outages Access' at the bottum of the page
  8. Click 'Attach'
  9. Select the individual from the dropdown
  10. Click 'Attach'
  11. They now have access to the application outage system to post outages
