Printing - Install Network printers for Mac (On Domain)

  1. Open System Settings. 
  2. Scroll down to the Printers & Scanners section near the bottom of the window.
  3. Click "Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…"
  4. A pop-up may appear prompting you to enter an administrator’s name and password to allow adding a printer. Enter an admin username and password and press Enter or click Modify Settings.
  5. Select the desired printer from the list and wait for the location and driver settings to populate. The selected driver should be "Secure AirPrint".Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  6. Click Add. You will see a prompt "Setting up 'printer_name'...". Wait for this to complete.
  7. The printer will appear in the list.
