The first tab at the bottom of each group is "meetings". This tab contains the functionality to create individual meetings and/or a series of meetings.
Viewing the Meetings
The meetings list is a filtered list. By default it is filtered to only display meetings that appear in the future.
The search bar can be used to find a specific meetings by a date and/or a tags keyword.
*Note – Date format is 'YYYY MM DD', so the search '2018 03' would bring back all meetings from March 2018."*
The "funnel" OR "filter" icon is located on the upper right side of the table. Click the icon to display all views.
The columns that are displayed are: DateTime, Status, Tags and Actions
- DateTime - The start date and time the meeting took place.
- Status - The poistion in time the meeting took place.
- Tags - Keywords that are used to search for specific topics
- Actions - Actions that can be performed, Edit or Delete Meeting
If you are viewing past meetings, you can click the "DateTime" column to sort ASC or DESC in time.
Create a Meeting
Click "New Meeting" to create an individual meeting. Click "Create Series" to create an ongoing meeting series.
Enter the Datetime information by Month, Date, Year and Time.
Add any tags or keywords and click "Submit".
When creating a series, add the frequency, and end date for the series.
Once the meeting(s) are created, you may edit each individual meeting.
Edit a Meeting
When you click the "Edit" link next to a meeting you will be able to manage documents for the particular meeting.
The meeting specific information will be displayed at the top of the screen. Usually greyed-out after creation.
Delete a Meeting
- From the Meetings table screen click the "Delete" link next to the meeting you wish to delete and confirm deletion.
- You can also delete a meeting by clicking "Edit" next to the meeting and choose "Delete" from the upper right.
Adding Documents
- To add a new document, click "New Document"
- Select "Type" of document, Agenda, Minutes or Attachment
- Under Filename, "browse" for the new document and upload
- When it has finished uploading it will turn green and you will be able to click "create"
Editing/Removing Documents
- To edit a document, click the "Edit" link next to the document
- Change the Type of file or the file itself
- Click Save Changes when complete
- To Remove a document, click the "Delete" link and confirm the deletion. The file will be removed permanently
