To find the software version installed on your device
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Select About

- Open Software Update.
- Go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Software Update.
If no updates are available, and your device is not running the latest iOS version, your device is running the highest supported version* for that device. For more information on the current versions of software for Apple devices, please refer to Apple's security webpage.
*NOTE: If this version is iOS 14 or older, your device is no longer supported. Please contact the ITS Help Desk for assistance.
