What else uses the Profile System

ECM System

The ECM System uses the basic profile data like name, email, phone number, address, appointment so you don't have to enter that information every time you fill out an ECM Form. If you are missing a phone number or address the ECM System will push you over to your profile to enter the needed information.

1. Look for the orange indicator message in the Contact Info section and added the missing information.
2. Click the blue Proceed to Form button on the top right of the profile page.
   

Portal People Search

The Portal People Search uses name, email, address, department, title, and a link to your public profile.

Directory System

The Directory System uses name, email, department, title, and a link to your public profile.
