SolidWorks Student Licenses
Each year, as part of our campus license, UW-Platteville is allotted a limited number of SolidWorks Student Access Licenses we can distribute to our students on a first come, first served basis.
To access the 2023-2024 Academic Version of Solidworks go to https://www.solidworks.com/SEK to download the software.
- Check the box for Yes. The serial number you receive will start with 9020
- You will want to select Version 2023 (SP2.1)
To obtain the Serial Number for Solidworks, please contact your professor.
Do not redistribute our license key to non UW-Platteville students.
Additionally, students can connect to the VMWare Horizon View to use SolidWorks remotely. See the Related Articles tab for using it.
