SolidWorks - Student Access

SolidWorks Student Licenses

Each year, as part of our campus license, UW-Platteville is allotted a limited number of SolidWorks Student Access Licenses that can distributed to our students on a first come, first served basis.

To access the 2024-2025 Academic Version of Solidworks visit the Solidworks Download Page.

At their page do the following steps:

  1. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, and email address.
  2. Check the box for Yes (you do have a serial number starting with 9020).
  3. Select the radio dialog for Solidworks Version 2024.

To obtain the Serial Number for Solidworks, please contact your instructor/professor.
Do not redistribute our license key to non UW-Platteville students.
