Printing Refund Request



Use this form to request a printing refund if your print job did not print correctly due to low toner, paper jam, did not print at all, or the printer printed gibberish on the page.

Information needed for Request to be Completed

  • Date/Time of the failed print job
  • Printer name, where the print job was sent
  • File Type (pdf, doc, docx, pptx, ppt) and title of document
  • Number of pages sent to the printer
  • The nature of the complaint (paper jam, low toner, printer gibberish, etc...)

How to get this Service
