Click the Request Service button and completed the form; a Canvas Admin will process the request and follow up with you if needed for any additional questions.
Eligibility
Department heads, program leaders, and people working with the Higher Learning Commission can request any report. Activity reports are typically requested by student services, the registrar's office, or department heads, and access reports are typically requested by advisors, student services, and program coordinators. People in other roles can ask for reports if they have a valid reason for doing so.
