Description
Try the new Add Access Request form! This new form consolidates many of access requests into one form. For example, you can request workgroups, printers, and email access all in one form instead of three different forms. The new form also assigns a task right to the ITS team that works on these requests with all the information needed for the request.
This form can be used to Add/Remove access for individuals to SharePoint Online sites.
Information needed for Request to be Completed
- Site Name:
- Site URL (https://uwplatt.sharepoint.com/sites/_______):
- Access change type: Add or Remove
- Access level: Owner, Modify or Visitor (most sites have read-only to everyone, but not all)
