AI Pilot Program

Overview

Description

Fill out and submit this form to request being part of the AI Pilot program. You will be able to choose between Copilot (Microsoft) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) AI environments. Copilot is reserved for Administrative/Non Teaching and ChatGPT is reserved for Faculty.

The ITS Department is not responsible for training of these AI environments. This responsibility is up to the individual requesting licensing to use the AI environments. ITS will provide the license to the customer once the request is approved and subject to availability.

The Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL) can assist with pedagogy.

There are resources available through Linkedin Learning for each of the AI environments that are offered during this AI Pilot.

How to join the AI Pilot

Click the Request Services button and complete the form. ITS will follow up when license has been applied to your account and/or device.

Eligibility

This form is available to Faculty and Staff. 

There is also a requirement of a baseline, monthly, and post pilot survey.
