Description
This form is to request software for university owned computers. The pre-populated "Needed By" date assumes the software is already packaged. If the requested title is not currently packaged, ITS will notify you and work with you on the process of obtaining any licensing and getting the software deployed or installed.
Information needed for Request to be Completed
- Computer asset tag, lab location, or department
- The software title and version (if applicable)
- The date the software is needed by
How to get this Service
Click the "Software Request" button on the right. If requesting for a lab, instead of asset tag, you may indicate the name/location of the lab.
Eligibility
Anyone requesting software for a university owned computer. Note that software being requested for labs must come from a faculty or staff member.
