Overview
Description
Qualtrics groups allow members to collaborate on projects. Individual permissions can be set for each member. Groups are helpful when more than two people need access (easier to share with one click). It is also beneficial in the event a survey owner leaves their job; others in the group still have access to shared projects. Use this form to request a new group, add/remove members, or delete a group.
Information needed for Request to be Completed
- First and last name of the Requestor
- Group title
- Type of request: Create group, add member, remove member, delete group
- First and last name of the member(s) for new groups and add/remove requests
- Username of the member(s) for new groups and add/remove requests
