Using Teams Calls

Microsoft Teams Calls is UW Platteville's supported call system for internal and external calls. ​Teams Calls works much like a typical call system allowing us to forward , receive calls, put a call on hold and transfer calls.  Teams also supports video calling. Video calls are available between UW-Platteville users within the organization; external phone calls are audio only.
