Configuring Single Number Reach

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Unified Communication Self-Service page.
  2. Sign-in to the Cisco Unified Communications Portal using your NetID and password.

  3. Locate your mobile device. Press the settings button (gear icon), and select Edit Single Number Reach from the menu.

  4. Enter the phone number of your mobile device as if you were dialing it from your campus phone. For more information on dialing, see Dialing a Campus Phone.
  5. Enter a description of your device including your NetID (username) as the first part of the description.
