Run Control Manager
The Run Control Manager is a tool that allows staff users to find their previously used run controls. The utility also allows the user to hide any unused run controls. A run control can be hidden if it has not been used within the last 30 days. Hidden run controls can be un-hidden at any time.
Navigation
Main Menu > UWP Satellite System > ITS Utilities > Run Control Manager > Run Control Manager
Find Run Controls
On the Run Control Manager page:
- Ensure that your User ID is correct in the User ID field.
- Leave the Filter by Run Control field blank.
- Click the Find Run Controls button.
This may take some time to run.

When completed, a list of Run Controls that are under your account will appear below the Find Run Controls button.
In the list, under the Type field, it will show either Existing or Hidden. Existing means that the run control is currently available for you to use. Hidden means that the run control cannot be used.

Hiding Run Controls
In the list of run controls, locate the run control that you wish to hide.
Click the check box on the left-hand side.

If the selected run control is not already hidden, the button labeled Hide Selected Run Controls will become enabled.
Click the Hide Selected Run Controls button.

The run control type will change to Hidden.

Un-hiding Run Controls
The steps for un-hiding a run control are the same as hiding, except the UnHide Selected Run Controls will become enabled.

Note
When you hide or unhide a run control, a message will pop up with information about the number of rows and the number of run controls that were hidden or unhidden. Click OK.
