Navigate360 Troubleshooting

I can't log in to Navigate360
 

If you are having trouble logging in to Navigate360, first determine if you can log in to other systems, like Canvas. If you cannot log in to multiple campus systems, visit the ITS Help Desk on the first floor of Karrmann Library. 

If you can log in to other systems like Canvas, but are unable to log in to Navigate360, try uninstalling the mobile app and reinstalling it. Some older smartphones no longer support the app, but all the features of the smartphone app are available on the desktop version, which can be found by searching Navigate360 on the Pioneer Portal. 

If you are unable to log in to Navigate360 on your smartphone and the desktop version, but you are able to log in to other systems like Canvas, contact Student Advising and Academic Resources by emailing stars@uwplatt.edu, calling 608.342.1081, or visiting the 7th floor of Pioneer Tower or the Tutoring Center on the first floor of Karrmann Library during business hours. 

I can't make an appointment in Navigate360
 

There are a few reasons you may not be able to make an appointment for certain services in Navigate360. 

Not all academic advisors offer appointment scheduling through Navigate. If yours does not appear in Navigate360, contact them by email. You can also let them know when you meet that you would find it helpful for them to offer scheduling through Navigate.

Tutoring Services does not have tutors available for every course. Additionally, appointment limits or time conflicts may affect what options you see. Please contact tutoring@uwplatt.edu or visit the Tutoring Center on the first floor of Karrmann Library during business hours for assistance in determining what other options might be available.

Some services may only be available to students in certain majors.

You can always contact Student Advising and Academic Resources with further questions. 

I can't find the summary from my advising appointment
 

If your academic advisor uses Navigate, you may be able to see their notes from your appointment in Navigate360. Look for the "My Docs" feature in the app launcher. You can then view appointment summaries from recent appointments. 

If you cannot see the appointment summary, contact your academic advisor for assistance.
