PASS CX - Direct Deposit Accounts

Follow this process to enroll in Direct Deposit. The banking information you provide is used by the university to distribute refunds only; no staff members can see your account information. You may update your bank account information at any time.

  1. Log into PASS.
  2. Under the FINANCIALS section in the left navigation menu, select Direct Deposit Accounts.
  3. Click on the Enroll button.

A message indicating that student is not currently enrolled in Direct Deposit and a blue button labeled "Enroll".

  1. Fill in the requested banking information.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the associated box.
  3. Click the Save button.

Required information to enroll in direct deposit includes bank routing number, bank account number, account holder name, and account type of savings or checking.
