Cached Exchange Mode

If you notice that you are missing emails or you discover calendars are acting funny when using Outlook Desktop Application, your Use Cached Exchange Mode might be set to a value other than All. The default value is set to 12 months. To change this setting follow this Microsoft Support Page. To see all your mail or to resolve calendar issues, slide the slider all the way to the right, this value will be ALL. You may also need to close out of Outlook Desktop for the setting to take affect.
