Overview
Description
This form will be used to request a new Workgroup to be created. The owner MUST submit this form. If the owner does not submit the form there will be a delay in the processing of the new workgroup request. There can be multiple owners of a workgroup.
Information needed for Request to be Completed
Suggested Name of new workgroup
- Owner(s) of workgroup
- Initial quota size (default 500MB)
- Type of Access (ReadWrite, ReadOnly, Dropbox, SearchScreen)
- Who will need access (including owners)
- netID/username
- First Name
- Last Name
How to get this Service
To make this process easier, use the associated Excel file listed under Attachments. Download and fill out the Excel file with the required information. Once the Excel file has all the needed information click the Request Service button and attach the Excel file to the form for submission.
Eligibility
The owner of the newly to be created workgroup should submit this request.
