Description
Information Technology Services (ITS) staff schedules monthly Qualtrics training workshops covering the basics from survey creation through distribution to exporting the data. If you are interested in learning or refreshing these foundational steps, please submit the online registration form for Getting Acquainted with Qualtrics Survey Tool.
Use this Qualtrics Training Request form if you would like to request other individual or group training related to Qualtrics, whether in person or virtually. After the initial submission, ITS staff will contact you to gather more details to ensure a successful training.
Information needed for Request to be Completed
The following information will be needed to submit the training request form(s).
- First and Last Name of Requestor
- Requestor's Account/Department
- Type of training requested: individual, small group, department
- Preferred mode of delivery: in-person, virtual, no preference
- Explanation of your goals for this training (introduction/basics; specific tasks or questions to address)
