Selecting a USB Flash Drive for Lecture Capture

You need a USB Flash Drive for Public Speaking classes.

Doudna Hall Rooms 212 and 214 are equipped with lecture capture recorders that can save recordings to a USB flash drive. To record your presentations, you will need a USB flash drive, also known as a thumb drive.

Details:

  • The drive must have a USB type A connector.
  • The drive should have 4 GB or more of remaining storage capacity. At our current settings, a drive with 4 GB of empty space can hold approximately 2 hours of recorded content.
  • The drive must be formatted using one of the following drive formats: FAT32, NTFS, VFAT, EXT2, EXT3, or EXT4.
