Clearing the cache for Firefox

  1. At the top right of the Firefox Window, click on the Firefox Menu button (three horizontal bars) and then select "History".

  2. Select or click on "Clear recent history...".

  3. Make sure Cookies and Site settings as well as Offline website data is checked, then click "OK". ITS highly recommends selecting to clear Everything with all boxes checked. This ensures any pages having trouble will download a complete fresh copy of the website.
