Changing default reply setting from "reply all" to "reply" in Outlook on the web

  1. Click on the gear/cog icon in the upper right corner of the window and then the "View all Outlook settings" button.

  2. Navigate to the "Compose and reply" section then scroll down until you see the "Reply or Reply all" section. Click the radio button next to "Reply" and then click "Save" at the bottom of the window.
