Issue: Video Performance and General Software Performance

Remediation Steps:

Open Solidworks without opening a project/file
In the Tools menu navigate to "Options"
In the Options Pane choose the "Performance" tab
Toggle the check box next to "Software OpenGL" (i.e. turn it on)
