Creating a UW-Platteville Qualtrics account

1. Go to Pioneer Portal https://portal.uwplatt.edu/ and search "Qualtrics"; the login button will appear on the right.  NOTE: To add the Qualtrics button to your Portal Home page, follow instructions in Pioneer Portal - Customize your Applications
2. Login using your UW-Platteville username and password.  
3. Select “I do not have a Qualtrics account”. 
4. Read the terms and click “I agree” if you do.  You are now in the Qualtrics workspace!

Is there any other way to get to the login page?

In addition to the Qualtrics appliation button on Pioneer Portal, you may access Qualtrics in these places:

• Campus A-Z Index under Q

Resources

When you are logged into Qualtrics, tutorials and other resources can be found under Help in the upper right corner.
