OR, from inside your Qualtrics account, click the Help (?) button in the upper right. Enter your search term in the side panel.  To narrow your search more effectively, select Survey Platform from "Recommended Searches".
 

Person-to-person support

For basic questions, assistance, or training follow-up, contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@uwplatt.edu; your issue will be assigned to the campus system admin.
 
For complex questions or time-sensitive issues, contact Qualtrics Support directly.
 

From within your Qualtrics account

  1. From inside your Qualtrics account, click the nine-dot launcher in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Customer Success Hub

  3. Click University of Wisconsin-Platteville https://uwplatteville.co1.qualtrics.com
  4. In the upper right, select Contact Support
  5. From the Qualtrics product menu, select Survey Platform & XM Directory
  6. You will be asked to interact with an AI assistant. Enter your question and proceed as directed.
  7. If you do not get the answer you need, select "No" when asked if it was helpful. You should then be given the option to "contact Qualtrics Support" via chat or phone.

Searching Qualtrics Support online

If you choose to search for Qualtrics Support online, the process is similar with one slight difference: Logging in.

  1. After you find Qualtrics Support and select Contact Support, choose Sign in with SSO from the login page.
  2. Enter Organization ID: uwplatteville. Our federated login page will appear.
  3. Login with your uwplatt credentials.
  4. Continue with Step 4 above.

On-Campus Training

If you would like to learn Qualtrics basics in a formal learning situation, ITS offers a monthly workshop titled, "Getting Acquainted with Qualtrics Survey Tool" which walks through the fundamentals of creation, distribution, and managing data/submissions. Register online at https://go.uwplatt.edu/qualtrics-basics. You will also find these and other ITS workshops on the ITS Training Calendar in SharePoint at https://go.uwplatt.edu/its-training.
