All On-campus Undergraduate degree-seeking students are required to meet with their advisors before registration. A registration agreement is assigned to their to-do list within their Task tile every regular term. A page within the agreement requires the pin to be entered, which is provided by their advisors after the advising session is complete.
Advisors:
To look up an advisee's pin number:
- Log into PASS.
- Open the Advisor WorkCenter tile on the Faculty/Advisor Homepage.
- On the left, under the Pin Lookup Pages menu, click on Advisee Pin Lookup.
- Enter just the term for a full list or enter the student ID and term for a specific pin.
- For a full list of advisees, their pins, and their enrollment appointment information, all of which may be downloaded to Excel, click on Advising Pins and Appointments, bottom left within the Advisor Workcenter. Enter the term and click View Results.
Admins with pin lookup access for all students
To look up a student's pin number, who is not your advisee:
- Log into PASS.
- Open the Student Success WorkCenter tile.
- On the left, click to expand the Pin Number menu, then click on Pin Lookup.
- Enter the student ID and term for the pin.
NOTE: If the student has tried to enter their pin incorrectly more than 10 times, the pin will become locked. Please contact the Registrar's Office to reset the student's pin.
