PASS - Homepage Tiles missing on phone/tablet - Small form factor devices (Staff)

PASS 9.2 homepages are designed to allow users to customize them to their needs. Homepages work on computers, tablets and phones but the tiles that appear maybe different depending on the screen size of your device.

After logging in on a computer, the homepage page could appear similar to the one shown below with multiple tiles you have added to your own homepage.

After logging in on a phone or tablet, the main page may result in what looks like missing tiles.

Some of the tiles may be missing on the phone but not on the computer. This is by design, the pages that those tiles take a user to are not mobile/phone/tablet friendly and do not work or work well on a phone or tablet.

Only tiles that take a user to a page that was designed to work on a tablet or phone will appear. There are few exceptions: Navigation collections, workcenters, 3rd party websites/systems, or custom made tiles by the PASS development team.

Request can be made to create custom tiles to appear on phones/tablets via the Help Desk.
