UW-Platteville files a 1098-T form each year for students that had qualified tuition and other related educational expenses paid during the previous calendar year. You can retrieve a copy of your 1098-T directly from PASS. You need to consent to receive it electronically by following the steps below. How to consent to receive and view your 1098-T electronically:
- Log into PASS with your User ID and password.
- Select Financials from the left hand navigation menu.
- Choose View 1098-T.
- Click Grant Consent.
- Check mark the Box for "Yes, I have read the agreement" and click Submit.
- Click View 1098-T again and you will be able to view your 1098-T.
