PASS CX - Viewing your Financial Account Activity

Within PASS, you can review the activity on your student financial account, including charges added, payments made, waivers and financial aid applied, refunds generated, and any other activity that impacts your financial account balance. To review your account activity:

  1. Log into PASS.
  2. Select Financials from the left navigation menu to expand the available options.
  3. Select Account Activity.
  4. Initially, you will see a list of all transactions that make up your account activity and a summary of your total charges, payments, refunds, and balance due.
  5. You can narrow the results displayed by selecting a specific TERM or by selecting a range of DATES.
  6. PLEASE NOTE: Use caution when looking at your activity by TERM. It will display charges and transactions tied to the chosen term. However, payments and other transactions made before the start date or after the end date of the chosen term may be listed in a different term. Look in the previous or subsequent term for "missing" transactions.
  7. If you would like a printed version of the page you are on, you can click the Printer icon in the upper right corner.
  8. You can also export your transactions into a CSV file by clicking on the Download icon in the upper right corner.
