PASS CX - Make a Payment

This document will provide the instructions on how to make an online payment in PASS.

IMPORTANT: Make sure your browser is setup to accept third party cookies and disable any pop-up blockers.

  1. Log into PASS.
  2. Select Financials in the left navigation menu to expand the options.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. A new tab will open and you will be taken to the QuikPay payment portal and the View & Pay Accounts screen.
  5. Click on the Make a Payment button in the top section.
  6. Select the amount to pay: Current Amount Due or Pay Other Amount.
  7. If you select "Pay Other Amount", fill in the amount you wish to pay. Keep in mind you cannot pay more than your total balance owed.
  8. When done, select the Next - Payment Method button.
  9. Select whether you wish to pay by Credit/Debit or eCheck.
  10. When paying by Credit/Debit:
  • A 2.85% convenience fee will be added to the transaction amount for credit/debit card transactions.
  • Fill in credit/debit card and billing address information. You can create a PAYMENT PROFILE to make future payments easier.
  • Confirm that your contact information is correct.
  • Read the Authorization information and check the Service Fee check box. 
  • Click Submit Payment.
  1. When paying by eCheck:
  • There is no convenience fee for electronic check transactions.
  • Fill in the bank account and billing information. You can create a PAYMENT PROFILE to make future payments easier.
  • Confirm that your contact information is correct.
  • Read the Authorization information and check the Authorize Payment check box. 
  • Click Submit Payment.
  1. The next screen will show you the Payment Result.  You can print this page for your records.
  2. Close the tab for the browser. You will need to refresh the "What I Owe" page to show the correct balance after the payment.
