OBIEE - Convert Student IDs

Business Intelligence (OBIEE) has the capability of captivating data from student ID cards to provide you with information about students (name, campus email, residence hall, major, etc.).  To do this, please follow these steps: 

  1. Log into Business Intelligence (OBIEE) go.uwplatt.edu/obiee
  2. Select Campus Community > Campus ID Student Data from Dashboard menu
  3. Click the down arrow on Campus ID prompt and select More/Search
  4. Select the pencil for edit mode (upper right corner of dialog box) and copy & paste card IDs in the Edit box
  5. Click OK twice, then click Apply

You can now view, print or export your report.
