Checking for Windows Updates
At times your Windows computer may need to run some updates to resolve issues with compatibility or crashing. University-owned computers will get updates automatically from the campus servers. But at times there may be other updates that can be applied when issues occur. We will use the Windows Updates as part of our troubleshooting process. The follow from Microsoft Support can be followed with University-owned or personal computers that are running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
