Resetting your voice mail PIN from the web

Problem

You cannot log in to your voice mail box because you forgot your PIN.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant from the Pioneer Portal by searching for "voicemail" or looking for the "Voicemail Self-Service" application.
  2. Log in to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant by entering your campus username and password.

  3. Click on the "Messaging Assistant" link.

  4. Click on "Passwords" and then "Change PIN"

    Passwords menu then select Change PIN
     
  5. Enter a new PIN in both the New PIN field and the Confirm New PIN field and click the "Save" button.

  6. Your PIN has now been set. You will now be able to log in to your voice mail with this new PIN.
