NOTE: If the previous employee in this position completed the Employee Off-boarding Technology Self-Audit, you (as their supervisor) should have received a list of that employee's WorkGroup membership to guide your access requests for the new hire. Please review and evaluate the WorkGroup list carefully before requesting access. The new employee may not need access to all the same WorkGroups as the former employee.
