Brief Summary:
Perceptive Content or web version Perceptive Experience, formerly known as ImageNow, is the University's comprehensive content/document management software. Perceptive Content integrates with PASS by pulling data directly from the PASS database to complete workflows and tasks. Perceptive Content is used by several departments on campus and is managed within ITS.

There are currently 16 scripts created and used by Perceptive to pull data elements for different departments:
Cashier’s office
- Name lookup and reorder based off of EmplID
- Campus ID lookup
Financial Aid
- ISIRs:
- EmplID lookup based off of SSN
- Pulls Name and DOB as well as EmplID
- Pulls DOB, SSN, Aid Year
- Checklist Connector
- Verifies the Financial Aid Checklist is complete
Admissions
- Sets Name of student based off of EmplID lookup
- Name Lookup based off of EmplID
- Lookup of Name, Application Number, Admit Term
Registrar’s
- Lookup of Name, Term, DOB based off of EmplID lookup
