Mapping a network drive in Windows 11

  1. Open "File Explorer" by clicking on the file folder in the Taskbar or Start Menu.
  2. Click on "This PC", then the ellipsis (three dots) in the top toolbar, and choose "Map network drive"

  3. Choose a drive letter and enter the folder location then click "Finish". The example given is for the J drive or user drive. The items entered after "user1" should be the first letter of your NetID or username then your NetID or username.
