PASS - Printing a Class or Grade Roster in Faculty Center (Staff)

1. Log into PASS

2. From the PASS Faculty/Advisor Homepage, select the Instructor Workcenter.

3. In My Schedule, confirm the correct term is selected at the top of the page.  To update, click Change Term, select the correct term and click Continue

4. To print a class roster

  1. Always from the My Schedule page in the Instructor Workcenter, click the 3-person icon to the left of the course. (See steps below for additional detail/screenshots)
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Printer Friendly Version link on the bottom-right.
  3. Print using your browser print function.
  4. To print a grade roster (Note: Grade roster access has to be turned on for this to be available.  The icon will not be present if not activated.)
    1. Always from the My Schedule page, click the icon with the teacher in front of the whiteboard to the left of the course (See steps below for additional detail/screenshots)
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Printer Friendly Version link on the bottom-right.
    3. Right click on the roster and choose Print from the menu.  Expand the more settings folder to change the scaling as needed.

b. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Printer Friendly Version link on the bottom-right.

c. Right click on the roster and choose Print from the menu.  Expand the more settings folder to change the scaling as needed.
