Yes. Removing the audio file from your Inbox--whether you delete it or simply move it to another folder--automatically removes the message from your phone. You will still have access to the message in your email account until it is permanently deleted.
You cannot turn this feature on and off yourself, but you can send a request to the ITS Help Desk at 608.342.1400 or helpdesk@uwplatt.edu. Include your username and phone number.
Voicemail can only be delivered to one email account at a time. Where possible, voicemail can be directed to a department email account instead of an individual's.
Yes. You may call into your office phone, use Jabber desktop client or app, or listen to your messages wherever you have access to your university email.
