"Cisco Jabber" should be located in the Windows Start Menu. It can be found by looking through the programs list or searching for "Jabber".
The first time Jabber is run, it will prompt for log in. To log in:
- Enter your UW-Platteville email address and password then click "Sign In"

- You can either follow the brief tutorial or skip. IMPORTANT!: To enable phone services, click on the red icon at the bottom of the window, then the "Device for calls" drop down. Click "Use my computer".

- Confirm that phone services are active. The icon should change to green.

- If you would like to answer phone calls from your computer, you should change settings so that Jabber starts automatically when you log in to your computer. Open the settings window by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner. In the "General" tab, check the box next to "Start Cisco Jabber when my computer starts."
