Managing Your Devices in Duo Security Device Management - Universal Prompt

In order to add or delete a device, change the device name, or add a new phone number, you must first log in to Duo Self-Service using two-factor authentication. (Yes, you are using two-factor authentication to access your two-factor settings!)

Log in to Duo Device Management

  1. Go to Duo Device Management
  2. Log in using your campus username and password
  3. Respond to the Duo prompt to complete the second factor authentication

Add a device

Click on the "Add a device" tile and follow the prompts for the type of device being added.

Remove a device

Click Edit on the device to be removed or renamed. If reactivating Duo Mobile on this device, click I have a new phone and follow the prompts. For more detailed instructions on reactivating Duo Mobile, see Reactivating your Duo phone (new phone with same number) - Universal Prompt (Fall 2023)
